Wellness Courses

The 5 week Wellness Wheel training is drawn from the teachings of the 12 week intense training of the Medicine Wheel course given by Elder Noel Milliea.

The intent of the Wellness Wheel course is to provide the participant, the knowledge and skills to develop one’s own wellness plan either for a month or a year. It is an ideal tool for personal wellness and also ideal for work place staff in the helping field.

The  Medicine Wheel is a tool for people to help heal themselves. It's a 12 week program, given once a week by Elder Noel Milliea. From this course, one reclaims direction of their journey with a knowing that it is not so much about attaining perfect balance but rather about the “Search” for balance that becomes the source of healing. 

Meditation is something everyone can learn to do. Learning how to meditate is straightforward, and the benefits can come quickly. Here, we offer basic tips to get you started on a path toward greater equanimity. 

Learn journaling at your own pace. The secret to journaling is getting into the routine to write each day about your gratitude, your thoughts and emotions, in your own words. This short session on how to start journaling gives the participant a tool for manifestation, appreciation and growth.
